ADE ORIENTATION INSTRUCTIONS
The final step to becoming an ADE member is to attend an orientation which will cover the basics like:
- ADE's history and governance structure
- The resources available to our members
- Our community guidelines
- Current ADE initiatives
- And more!
Once you've completed the orientation and are approved for membership, you'll be sent a final welcome email with links to our resources, messageboards, and other goodies.
We regularly run these group orientation sessions 3 times a month: once on a Satuday during the day, once on a Sunday evening and once on a Tuesday evening. To attend, find an available timeslot in the calendar widget below that works with your schedule, click "Confirm", then enter your name and email and select "Schedule Event". You should receive an immediate confirmation email, and then you will receive an email from your orientation host on the night before or the day of the orientation session with the Zoom link. Please note that that there are maximum of 20 spaces available per orientation and that sessions are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations automatically close 24 hours prior to the start of a session.
If none of the above orientation sessions work with your schedule, we can coordinate an additional session or otherwise figure out how to accomodate. Please send an email to [email protected] with that or any other requests/questions about the orientation process.
